Each initiative targets a specific, documented community need — together forming a comprehensive development ecosystem for Mpeseduadze.

 

🏥 1. Abban Mpeseduadze Community Clinic

Category: Healthcare Infrastructure

Status: Fundraising Active

Cost: $650,000 USD

Duration: 3 Years (2026–2029)

Beneficiaries: 5,000+ residents


A fully-equipped 20-bed primary healthcare facility the first of its kind in Mpeseduadze. The clinic will include an Outpatient Department, Maternity Ward, Children’s Ward, Diagnostic Laboratory, Pharmacy, NHIS registration, solar-hybrid power system, and a certified medical waste management system. Designed to Ghana Health Service and EPA standards. It will serve as the community’s first point of contact for healthcare reducing the travel burden on pregnant mothers, children, and the elderly, and activating NHIS coverage for thousands of residents who currently cannot access it.

🛣️ 2. Mpeseduadze–Mankesim Road Rehabilitation

Category: Rural Infrastructure

Status: Ready to Commence

Cost: GHS 30,000

Distance: 3 Kilometres


Rehabilitation of the 3km road connecting Mpeseduadze to Mankessim — the community’s primary link to markets, transport, and commercial services. Works include grading, laterite surfacing, drainage channels, and culvert installation at flood-prone crossings. Year-round access will reduce farmer transport costs by an estimated 30–40%, improve emergency vehicle access to the new clinic, and open the community to greater economic activity and mobility.

🚀 3. Youth Entrepreneurship Training Programme

Category: Youth Empowerment

Status: Launching 18 Apr 2026

Cost: GHS 15,000

Participants: 50 Young Men and Women


A high-impact 1-day intensive skills training programme for 50 young men and women. Ten practical vocational tracks include bead making, makeup artistry, liquid soap and detergent production, pastry making, hair braiding, phone repairs, solar installation, animal farming, motorbike business operations, and barbering. Each participant receives a ROAF Starter Guidance Kit and is linked to a post-training mentorship network. Microfinance linkage is available for graduates who establish businesses within 90 days of training.

  • Motorbike / Pragya Business (Okada Operations)
  • Barbering & Professional Hair Cutting

 

⚽ 4. Abban Football Academy

Category: Sports Development

Status: Launching 18 Apr 2026

Cost: GHS 20,000

Target: Youth aged 10–22 years


A structured community football programme targeting youth aged 10–22. The Academy provides qualified coaching, kits, equipment, and a levelled and prepared pitch. Beyond sport, the programme integrates life skills modules, discipline training, and talent identification pathways to professional academies. The Abban Football Academy is a safe, structured, and purposeful space where Mpeseduadze’s young people can discover their potential and build a future.
